This page contains several computer programs, written in C/C++ language (and some Matlab scripts), that implement encoding and decoding routines of popular error correcting codes (ECC), such as Reed-Solomon codes, BCH codes, the binary Golay code, a binary Goppa code, a Viterbi decoder and more. Note that no effort has been made to `optimize' most of the algorithms used in the programs below. The algorithms work well, but by no means should be used as a basis for an implementation. All these programs are free to use for academic and personal purposes only. Use them at your own discretion.

TinyMCE is a platform independent web based JavaScript HTML WYSIWYG editor control released as Open Source under LGPL by Moxiecode Systems AB. It has the ability to convert HTML TEXTAREA fields or other HTML elements to editor instances.

HOP is a new Software Development Kit for the Web 2.0. It relies a new higher-order language for programming interactive web applications such as multimedia applications (web galleries, music players, ...), office applications (web agendas, mail clients, ...), ubiquitous domotics, etc. HOP can be viewed as a replacement for traditional graphical toolkits. HOP is implemented as a Web broker, i.e., a Web server that may act indifferently as a regular Web server or Web proxy.

A book trying to teach computers from first principles, i.e. gates, using a hardware description language (a simulator is provided), software tools (assembler, compiler) and a small operating system.
