Wireworld is a cellular automaton, not unlike Conway's Game of Life. Except with Wireworld, the "cells" in play are a bit more constrained... you have a set of wires, and electrons run along them, multiply, and die out, but the paths stay the same.
The purpose of this project is to provide a computer simulation of the onboard guidance computers used in the Apollo Program's lunar missions, and to generally allow you to learn about these guidance computers.

The TAPR TICC is a two-channel timestamping counter with better than 60 picosecond resolution and less than 100 picosecond typical jitter. It has an Allan Deviation noise floor below 1x10-10 for a one second measurement.
